Most of the oceanfront condo buildings on Hutchinson Island are on this stretch. They include Island Beach Club, Oceana, Islandia, Ocean Dunes, Dune Walk, Miramar, Island Dunes, Beach Club Colony and Ancora, a newer oceanfront building. They range from low-rise buildings with a few dozen units to towers with elevators, pools and tennis.
On the lagoon side you will find riverfront condos with sunset views, some with boat docks, and communities such as Sand Dollar Villas, Holiday Out and Venture Out. Fairwinds Cove sits on the Jensen Beach Causeway between the island and the mainland.
