Oceanfront buildings sit on the Atlantic side of A1A with direct beach access. Most are 1970s and 1980s buildings, from low-rise walk-ups to elevator towers, with a few newer buildings. Views, floor level and which way a unit faces make a big difference in price, even inside the same building.
