Atlantic View is on the quiet north end of the island, where the towers are tall enough to see both the ocean and the Indian River Lagoon from many units.
Queens Island Preserve is nearby for walking, and Vero Beach is about 15 minutes north. Downtown Fort Pierce is about 15 to 20 minutes south.
Buyers can choose between the original 1989 tower and the two newer sister buildings, which share the same stretch of beach.
