Living at Tarpon Flats
Tarpon Flats is one of the newest neighborhoods on Hutchinson Island and one of the few places on the north end to buy a newer single-family home instead of a condo.
Residents walk across A1A to the beach and use the community dock on the Indian River Lagoon for kayaking and fishing. Grand Isle and Ocean Pearl are the closest condo neighbors.
Downtown Fort Pierce is about 12 to 15 minutes away, and Vero Beach is about 20 minutes north.
