Boating and Golf Without a Required Membership
Palm City has three yacht-and-golf clubs. At Harbour Ridge and Pipers Landing an equity membership comes with every purchase. Palm Cove is the non-equity option: the clubhouse, pool, fitness center and tennis come with the HOA, and golf membership is your choice. That usually means a lower total monthly cost for owners who mainly want the marina and the gate.
The Marina and Boat Slips
The 93-slip marina sits on the St. Lucie River with access to the Indian River Lagoon and the Atlantic through the St. Lucie Inlet. Slips are owned separately from the homes: some listings include a slip offered for sale alongside the house, others do not. Ask what slip, size and price go with any home you are considering.
Cutter Sound, Harbour Island and Palm Cove
The community started as Cutter Sound and was later renamed Palm Cove, and sections such as Harbour Island and the Links condominiums were platted on their own. The MLS still uses all of these names, which is why searching one of them misses homes; the feed on this page includes them all.
