What Homes Are Like in Whispering Pines
The southeast side holds some of the city’s best value in established single-family homes: full-size lots, mature landscaping, and homeowners associations that are the exception rather than the rule. It is also where a lot of the city’s canal and ocean-access inventory sits, so it is worth asking early whether a given street backs onto water and, if so, whether that water actually reaches the river. Location and Getting Around
US-1 runs along the eastern edge of this part of the city, putting Stuart, Jensen Beach and the Treasure Coast beaches within a reasonable drive. Sandpiper Bay, the river and the Club Med resort are nearby, and I-95 is accessible heading west across the city.
