What Homes Are Like in Palm Trails
The housing stock is single-family, on full-size lots, and in most cases carries no homeowners association. That gives owners latitude that gated communities do not — fences, sheds, boats, work vehicles — and generally a lower purchase price than comparable square footage out west. Location and Getting Around
From here the hospital, the Civic Center, the Botanical Gardens and the Port St. Lucie Boulevard retail corridor are all short drives. I-95 sits to the west for the commute toward Palm Beach or Vero, and US-1 and the North Fork are to the east.
