Seville Homes and Floor Plans
Seville is built for buyers who want more space than Tradition's entry-level neighborhoods offer: larger single-story plans with split bedroom layouts, two-story plans with lofts and up to five bedrooms, and three-car garage options that are hard to find in newer gated communities. Many homesites back to water or preserve, and lot premiums can make two similar plans sell for noticeably different prices.

The amenity center is the heart of the community: a clubhouse of roughly 10,000 square feet, a beach-entry resort pool of about 7,000 square feet, a fitness center, a tot lot, an event lawn with grilling areas and a dog park. Seville also connects to Tradition's T-Trail walking and biking network.
Every Tradition neighborhood also pays into the Tradition master association on top of its own HOA, and some carry a CDD assessment on the property tax bill.
