What Valencia Walk Is Actually Like

Valencia Walk at Riverland is a gated, age-restricted 55+ neighborhood of single-family homes in western Port St. Lucie, built by GL Homes with first deliveries around 2021–2022 and the last builder homes closing out through 2025. It is the bridge between the two sides of Riverland: established enough that the streets are finished and the clubhouse is open, recent enough that most homes still have current-generation kitchens, impact glass and finishes rather than anything needing a refresh.

The village’s own draw is The Social Club at Valencia Walk, a 37,000 sq. ft. clubhouse — larger than the clubs at Valencia Cay and Valencia Grove. Walk also sits close to the Riverland Town Center, so the Publix and everyday errands are a golf-cart trip rather than a drive out the main gate.

For buyers weighing Walk against the new-construction villages, the trade is straightforward. Valencia Parc and Valencia Vista let you pick a lot and a plan and wait; Valencia Walk lets you see the finished house, the actual view and the mature side of the community, and close in weeks.
