The southeast side holds some of the city’s best value in established single-family homes: full-size lots, mature landscaping, and homeowners associations that are the exception rather than the rule. Location and Getting Around
US-1 runs along the eastern edge of this part of the city, putting Stuart, Jensen Beach and the Treasure Coast beaches within a reasonable drive. Sandpiper Bay, the river and the Club Med resort are nearby, and I-95 is accessible heading west across the city.
