The Homes

The townhomes were built in phases from the mid-1980s into the early 1990s. A typical unit has 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2.5 to 3 baths and about 1,300 square feet, with the bedrooms upstairs, a private patio or screened porch out back and two assigned parking spaces. Many have vaulted ceilings and skylights, and units along the water have lake views.

The single-family homes came later, in the 1990s, and are larger, most with garages. They trade less often, so when one comes up it tends to draw attention from buyers who want a house inside a gate without a big HOA bill.

Every home pays a monthly HOA fee: about $262 a month for the townhomes and about $290 a month for the single-family homes, both subject to change.
