Ask specifically which canal a lot backs onto and what it connects to, because not every canal in Port St. Lucie reaches open water.

The central location puts the hospital, the Civic Center, the Botanical Gardens and the Port St. Lucie Boulevard retail corridor all within a short drive, with I-95 a few minutes west and US-1 and the North Fork to the east.
