It is established, built out, and priced well below the newer communities west of I-95.

What Homes Are Like in Riverview

The housing is predominantly older single-family homes on full-size lots, with concrete block and frame both well represented and homeowners associations largely absent. That makes this a practical choice for buyers who want a workshop, a boat in the driveway or a real backyard. Because most of the inventory has some age on it, the roof, panel, plumbing and window condition are what separate a good buy from an expensive one, and they are also what your insurance quote will hinge on.

Location and Getting Around

US-1 and the river are to the east, I-95 is west across the city, and Fort Pierce is a short run north. The North Fork and the Savannas Preserve give this side of Port St. Lucie a good deal of open water and green space for kayaking, fishing and trails.
