Tradition is the master-planned community on the west side of Port St. Lucie, built around Tradition Square with its town green, restaurants and events. Each 55+ village inside Tradition has its own gate, builder, amenity center and HOA, while sharing the wider Tradition surroundings. Most of Port St. Lucie's new active adult construction is in and around Tradition.

Del Webb at Tradition

A gated 55+ community by Del Webb with villas and single-family homes. Amenities include a clubhouse with a cafe, billiard room and community room, heated pool, spa, fitness center, pickleball, tennis, bocce, a putting green and a dog park. Vitalia at Tradition

The first 55+ village in Tradition, first sold as Seasons at Tradition and built by AV Homes, later Taylor Morrison. It is gated, with homes built from the early 2000s to 2021; older sections are often listed under Tradition Plat names, such as Tradition Plat 28 and 35. Vitalia homes for sale.

Age rules	At least 80% of occupied homes need one resident aged 55 or older. Each community sets its own rules for second residents and younger family members.
HOA and CDD	Ask what the dues include and whether a CDD is on the tax bill. Del Webb and Telaro have one.
Builder or resale	New construction means a builder contract and warranty; resale means you can close in weeks.
Amenity access	Each village has its own clubhouse. LakePark owners can use TownPark's amenities, but not the other way around.
Rentals and pets	Lease minimums, rental caps and pet limits vary. Check them before you offer.
