Pinecrest Lakes was built out in phases starting around 1980, so homes range from classic one-story CBS pool homes with split floor plans to larger custom homes on lake lots. Four-bedroom homes are the most common, followed by three-bedroom homes. The big draw is space: lots here are much larger than in newer Jensen Beach communities, with room for a pool, a big yard, and on some lots extra parking.
