The Country Club
The Miles Grant Country Club is the center of the community. Listings describe an 18-hole, par-64 golf course that winds past the condo buildings, Har-Tru clay tennis courts, pickleball, pools, shuffleboard and an on-site restaurant with a regular calendar of social events.
Miles Grant also sits right by the water. Listings describe a day dock and a small beach area on the Intracoastal for kayaking, fishing and paddleboarding, and Manatee Pocket's marinas and waterfront restaurants are minutes away. Condos, Villas & Townhomes
Miles Grant condominiums. Most homes are 1- and 2-bedroom condos in low-rise buildings from the mid-1970s, split among several condo associations such as Miles Grant Condo One and Two. Many have enclosed Florida rooms or screened balconies overlooking the golf course, and many have been updated with impact glass, metal roofs and new kitchens. These associations are 55+.
Villas. The Fairway Villas, Pine Breeze Golf Villas and Lakeside Villas are small groups of villas on the course or on a lake, built in the late 1970s and early 1980s, with lower association fees than the condos.
River Pines at Miles Grant. These 2-story townhomes on SE Riverboat Drive have their own association. Listings describe them as all-ages, with pets welcome, no requirement to join the club and access to a community dock and pools. See our River Pines page.
