JBCC Single-Family Homes at a Glance

Streets and Sections

JBCC was built in sections over roughly two decades, and the MLS files them under a long list of plat names (Jensen Beach Golf & Country Club, Jensen Beach Country Club Plat 1 through 10, "Place 07" and "Place 08" and more). This page pulls all of them into one feed, so you do not have to search each name.

The south part of the community, off NW Jensen Beach Boulevard, has the earliest homes, on NW Royal Oak Drive, NW Deer Oak Drive, NW Pin Oak Drive, NW Cherry Oak Way and NW Red Cedar Street. The north part, toward the old golf course, adds NW Red Maple Drive, NW Red Bay Circle, NW Red Oak Way, NW Wandering Oak Court, NW Winter Oak Court, NW Indian Oak Court and NW Mossy Oak Way. Floor plans and lot sizes vary by street, and some homes back onto lakes, preserve or the former fairways.

Old Oak Terrace and Oakbrook Circle

On the west side of JBCC, NW Old Oak Terrace, NW Oakbrook Circle, NW Burr Oak Court and NW Marsh Creek Drive were built later, roughly 2007 to 2016, and a good share of these homes sit on lakes. Fewer homes come up for sale here than in the older sections, so if you want one, ask us to set up an alert for these streets.

HOA and Amenities

Each JBCC section has its own association details, so fees and what they cover vary from street to street. Before you write an offer, ask for the current HOA amount, what it includes, and whether any special assessment is planned. Fees are subject to change.

Amenities described in JBCC listings include community pools, tennis and pickleball courts and a clubhouse. The Eagle Marsh golf course is a former course and is no longer operating, so do not assume golf comes with a purchase.
