Every home in Sewall's Landing was custom built, so no two floor plans are alike. Most are one-story CBS or poured-concrete pool homes with split bedroom plans, volume ceilings and 3,000 square feet or so under air, though the community also has two-story homes with lofts and bonus rooms. Three-car garages are common, several lots are big enough for a guest house, and mature oaks and tropical landscaping give the streets a private feel. Homes change hands only a few times a year, so there is often nothing for sale.
