Where the Villas Are in Jensen Beach Country Club

JBCC's villas are in two groups. In the north part of the community, NW Red Pine Way, NW Broken Oak Trail and NW Oak Branch Court hold most of the villas, many of them backing onto lakes and preserve. On the west side, NW Willow Creek Drive runs south toward NW Jensen Beach Boulevard, with villas along most of the street and some single-family homes mixed in.

Villa floor plans repeat within each street, so it is easy to compare one listing with the next. Sizes differ between the groups, so if you need a third bedroom or more space, tell us and we will point you to the streets where those plans are.

HOA and Amenities

The HOA for JBCC villas is $390 a month. Fees are subject to change, so before you write an offer, ask for the current amount, what it includes, and whether any special assessment is planned. Pets are allowed with number and size limits, and leasing is not allowed during the first 2 years of ownership.

Amenities described in JBCC listings include community pools, tennis and pickleball courts and a clubhouse. The Eagle Marsh golf course that the community was built around is a former course and is no longer operating, so do not assume golf comes with a purchase.

What to Check Before You Buy a JBCC Villa

Some JBCC villas are listed in the MLS as condos and others as single-family, depending on how the section is set up. That can change how a lender and an insurer treat the purchase.
