Jensen Beach Country Club is the largest community on the mainland, with single-family homes and villas behind one community gate off NW Royal Oak Drive, where our Jensen Beach office is. Jensen Village is part of it.
Newer construction
The newest Jensen Beach homes are in Avila, Sabal Pointe, Osprey Preserve and Ocean Breeze West / SeaWalk.
Established neighborhoods with low or no HOA
Pineapple Plantation and Pinecrest Lakes are large single-family neighborhoods with lake lots. South Jensen Heights, Jensen Highlands, Savanna Highlands and Legion Heights have no HOA, and Leilani Heights has a small mandatory HOA, which suits buyers with boats, RVs or work trucks.

Riverfront and waterfront

Mainland Jensen Beach is in the Martin County School District, zoned for Stuart Middle School and Jensen Beach High School. The elementary school is Jensen Beach Elementary on the north and west side, or Felix A. Williams Elementary on the south and riverfront side. Zones can change, so confirm the assignment for a specific address with the school district.
Where Are Jensen Beach Homes for Sale?
Jensen Beach sits in northeast Martin County, between the City of Stuart to the south and Port St. Lucie to the north, with the Indian River Lagoon on its east side and the Savannas Preserve along its west. The historic downtown is on NE Jensen Beach Boulevard near Indian River Drive, and the Jensen Beach Causeway crosses the lagoon to the Atlantic beaches on Hutchinson Island.

Living in Jensen Beach
Jensen Beach started as a pineapple town in the 1880s and was once called the Pineapple Capital of the World. The pineapple is still its symbol, and the Jensen Beach Pineapple Festival is still held every year. Downtown is small and walkable, with waterfront restaurants along the river and Jammin' Jensen, the Thursday-evening street party with live music, artists and vendors. The lagoon is the town's playground for fishing and paddling, the ocean beaches are a short drive over the causeway, and Savannas Preserve State Park has trails and paddling through freshwater marsh.
